Managing Partner Melanie Abea founded the firm in 2024. She began working in the legal profession in 2008 shortly after obtaining her paralegal degree. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies and Santa Clara University while working full time (and raising children); starting out as a file clerk, then paralegal, then law clerk, and finally attorney. She has been fortunate enough to have great attorney mentors along the way that have guided her to be the formidable litigator she is today. She strives to provide compassionate and competent representation assisting client in both family law and civil litigation.
